Company: Our client has centralized their EMEA support operations in Romania. They have several global operations centres that support a range of financial shared service and BPO transactions. They have 30 + languages and over 1,000 employees in Romania. Current opportunities exist for experienced HR & Recruitment to join their team.

Role: A new European HR team is being developed in Bucharest that will recruit for all EMEA countries. This team will work with local HR & Management to identify roles, write job specs and start searching for suitable qualified candidates.

Successful candidates will specialize in a particular market to understand the EMEA hiring plan, vacancies and staff up the positions for all EMEA stakeholders.

Skills: Candidates will need to demonstrate a successful track record of recruitment in Finance, Law, Contact Centre, IT and Corporate & Business functions. In addition to this you will need to have a University degree or specialism/understanding of the sector in question. You will have worked in a company or position that was involved in Finance, Law, Contact Centre, IT and Corporate & Business functions. The candidates will speak fluent Dutch and English.

The successful applicant will be the hands-on recruitment specialist and will need to be able to organise hiring plans, work to targets and liaise with business unit heads.
