The customer service representative provides customer support in technical field via phone calls and e-mails to one of our prestigious clients.

Tasks:

Handling incoming phone calls and e-mails
Solving technical related problems, providing information
Administration in the computer system

Requirements:

Czech or Slovak language is required
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
User level of MS Office applications
Intermediate level of English
