Bucharest is the most prosperous city in Romania. The city has a broad range of convention facilities, educational facilities, cultural venues, shopping arcades and recreational areas. The average cost of living per month would be 500 Euro, including your rent and all expenses.
Phone interviews will be organized.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from end-users, dealers, resellers as well as business customers
• Handling emails, translating them into the appropriate language, depending on customer requirements
• Troubleshooting IT problems
• Sharing knowledge case with the team
• Document solutions and track communications as required and defined within Contact Center processes.
• Training new associates and cross-training existing associates
• Knowledge of software application packages, operating system levels, hardware and supported equipment.
• Suggest improvements to or creation of new knowledgebase articles based on developing trends and resolved customer issues.
Requirements:
• Fluent Norwegian and good English
• Good PC skills
• Problem solving skills
• Highly customer oriented behaviour and way of working
• Patience, empathy, diligency, preciseness
Working Hours: 40 per week
