CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE (F/M)
Role:
- Independently and proactively advise the customers in a specific region regarding the product portfolio, particularly the product innovations and delivery situations.
- Record the customer requirements and customer enquiries
- Analyse and design appropriate concepts for improving customer satisfaction
- Carry out your activity in close cooperation with and for the support of the Key Account Managers in the respective countries.
You will be responsible for responding to complex enquiries, preparing offers, processing orders. In doing so, you will use your ability to work conceptually and plan strategically.
Precision and reliability are a significant component of your personality, which characterises each of your activities, ranging from personal customer contact to maintaining the customer database.
Your way of working is characterised by a high level of independence and responsibility, while always remaining a team player. You like to work with people and have a keen sense of their requirements.
Profile:
- Ideally completed commercial or technical vocational training
- 3 to 5 years of experience preferable in a comparable position in the sales sector of a Lighting business
- You have a skill for organisation and also keep a cool head during turbulent times.
- High degree of social and intercultural competence
- Fluent in English, German. Other European language is a strong plus.
- Well-versed in using MS Office
