SRGEurope are currently to recruiting an IT Support Engineer for one of the world's leading Online Gaming Company based in Gibraltar. IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
* Initial point of contact on all the systems within the company and provide 1st and 2nd line support with escalation to 3rd line and 3rd party vendors
* Working with the following systems and technologies; Windows 2003/2008, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS TCP/IP, Solaris, IIS, Cisco Networking, VoIP,
* Capable of identifying an incident that may be affecting any of the systems within the company, as well as fixing these problems when they occur
* Sorting client problems fast and correctly, this is to reduce outstanding support incidents
* Create technical support process, and then make improvements as and when able
* Keep track of all technical hardware within the company, and report on any improvements that can be made

* Active Directory
* Exchange 2003
* Citrix
* TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
* Blackberry Enterprise
* VoIP and Avaya
