Company: Our client is one of the world’s leading BPO companies. They have developed support & business services for major US & International companies for the Shared Service sector. Their clients include Fortune 500 and multi-nationals from across the globe that have outsourced their Finance & Accounting functions to reduce cost and improve business productivity.
Role: A new position has been created for a collections manager in their Outsourced Service centre. This role will be to manage the collections process of client accounts. It will involve assessing the collections processes, performance, procedures and results for client projects. You will also need to be able to manage a client, report on strategy, performance and metrics as well as interface with the client’s Finance Management team.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess collections management and accounts receivable experience. You should have knowledge of collections in a large environment (Shared service centre or multi-national) where you will have managed teams of 10-50 people on metrics and targets. Candidates should have 5+ years experience in collections and demonstrate depth of knowledge.
Gain: The position is based in their EMEA SSC in Romania but will require travel. The offer includes an excellent salary, flights to Romania, Hotel accommodation initially, housing allowance to cover a 2 bedroom apartment (permanent) and the opportunity to work for a fast growing global leader in this field.
