Company: Our client is one of the world’s leading BPO companies. They have developed support & business services for major US & International companies for the Shared Service sector. Their clients include Fortune 500 and multi-nationals from across the globe that have outsourced their Finance & Accounting functions to reduce cost and improve business productivity.
Role: A new position has been created to manage the Order to Cash process. Your responsability in this role will be planning strategies and sales presentations; you will develop and manage project plans from concept through final implementation to assigned customers to drive cost, service, and process improvements results. You will lead the requests for proposal submissions for new customers and bring solutions to existing clients.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years experience. He/She will be able to demonstrate managerial experience with PMP or Six Sigma certification being advantageous. A solid knowledge of OTC process ad operations will be required alongside with leadership and communication abilities.
This is a management role that will see you work with the most senior decision makers in major Fortune 5-00 companies, client accounts and internally. The position will allow you the flexibility to manage your own workload, proactively develop client accounts and become the subject matter expert in all OTC related activities.
Gain: The position is based in their EMEA SSC in Romania but will require travel.
